Since 1974, the Meow Mix jingle has been ReMixed by Honky Tonk cats, Metallicats, Boy Band cats, and Dr. Evil in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.
This year, to launch their newest cat food invention, they needed a version of the jingle that sounded as smooth, saucy and gravy-filled as the product.
We were legally not allowed to call the ad Careless Whisker… but there, I’ve said it now.
